Inspect It Chicago Radon Gas Levels By Zip Code

In newer homes (within 40yrs) with sump pump systems, 99% of our mitigation installs get the radon levels down around 1.0pCi/L. We work closely with other radon testing companies and usually get to see what the levels come back at after our installations. Owner Steve Kostro has been a carpenter in residential remodeling his whole career and brought that experience and craftsmanship with him to his radon mitigation company. All systems are thoughtfully designed to eliminate as much radon as possible. Our prices are not the cheapest nor the highest, but our reputation, guarantee and customer service is 2nd to none. Most systems will typically be the same between different companies, however we separate ourselves with how we do our sump lids and the top of line Festa fans we use. Every sump lid I’ve seen out there has been caulked to death. We don;t use any caulk with our lids and get a clean, easily removable lid to get access to the sump pump. We also install a 4” or 6” screw in access port for maintenance.
