Inspect It Chicago, Inc. is licensed with the state of Illinois (IEMA) for residential and commercial radon mitigations and crawlspace vapor barriers.  Most residential mitigations can be quoted over a quick phone call, text, live chat or email with just a few questions and sometimes we need to make a site visit.  Each system design is unique to each property, but the concept is the same for all.  Generally how we work is we give you a verbal/written quote and if you decide to move forward, we will meet you at the property at install time and figure out the system design/location then.  We carry a guarentee to get the radon levels below 4.0pCi/L and if we don't, further modifications and a professional retest will be done at no charge. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and credit cards (add 3%). We will email your paid invoice and warranty info once payment has been received. Crawlspace encapsulations, aka... crawlspace vapor barriers, crawlspace moisture protection, crawlspace membranes are designed to keep moisture, mold, mildew, pests, and cool ground air from entering the home.  When properly installed, these barriers can last upto 20 years keeping your home's air clear of nasty stuff.
