QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAMS (QAP's)

Inspect It Chicago, Inc. makes custom Radon Quality Assurance Programs and Standard Operating Proceedures for Residential Radon Measurement and Residential Radon Mitigation Professionals in Illinois. All of our QAP's produced have been approved the first time around.  

 

If you decide to move forward with us to do your Radon Quality Assurance Program, we will email you a list of items we will need to complete the QAP along with an invoice.  After we receive payment, we will email you a PDF copy of QAP/SOP within 2 weeks.  All you will need to do is print it out along with the application (on IEMA's website) and mail it along with your $125 application fee to IEMA.  Current QAP's have been taking around 1 month for approval and receiving your license.
