RESIDENTIAL RADON TESTING

Inspect It Chicago, Inc. is licensed with the state of Illinois (IEMA) for residential measurements only at this time.  All residential radon tests are a 48hr test.  Protocol is to test each foundation.  If a home has a full basement under 2000sf, only one devices is needed.  If a home has a partial basement with the other part being a crawl, 2 test locations are needed, one in the basement and one in a room above the crawl.  If the house has an addition with a slab, a 3rd test location would be needed in there.  Our radon technician runs tests daily and usually can get you in the same day if not the next day.  We service the entire Chicagoland area as well as downtown Chicago.
